ARTICLE IV MEMBERSHIP
Eligibility for Membership
4.1
A person shall be eligible for FULL MEMBERSHIP of the
Association if he :-
4.2
(a)
is or has been a Member of HMOCS; and
(b)
is or has been in the service of the HKG; and
(c) has not forfeited his entitlement to a pension in respect of
such service.
A person shall be eligible for ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP if he :-
(a)
(b)
is the widower, dependent or beneficiary of a person who, if not deceased, would have been eligible to be a FULL Member; or
in the opinion of the Committee, qualifies as a Member of HMOCS notwithstanding that the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs does not recognize him as a Member.
