An Ordinance to establish a body to be known as the Provisional Airport
Authority and to define its functions.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1.
Short title
This Ordinance may be cited as the Provisional Airport Authority Ordinance 1990.
2. Interpretation
In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires— "the Authority" means the Provisional Airport Authority;
"financial year" means a financial year of the Authority;
“foreshore and sea-bed" has the meaning assigned to it by the Foreshore and
Sea-bed (Reclamations) Ordinance (Cap. 127);
