If HEC wish to participate in such a way, it will be
for them to contact direct the consortia or joint venture
concerned. We have written to all those who have applied for
prequalification giving them a 14 day period in which to
notify Greiner-Maunsell of any restructuring of their team
which they may wish to propose for the PAA's consideration.
It would be for those who have already applied to decide
whether or not to take on additional partners or
sub-contractors.
