Memorandum of Understanding on Airport and Related Questions

Jimny McGregor said in the circumstances no bettez deal could have been, done. He said the airport project was now underway that was of vital importance to HK.
Martin Barrow, of the HK Tourist Association, told R-3 from his home in England, that he was pleased with the agrement. He said that it was good for HK and for tourism.
Maria Te said she was pleased. John Swaine described it as "the bast deal HX can get“.
Tam Yiu-chung said he was happy with the agreement.
Dr Leong Che-hung said that with the deal, HK would have to give up some of its autonomy.
Baroness Duan said she was glad about the agreement. It was and practical agreement, she said.
