migratory bird sanctuary, carries with it a high
risk of bird strike for aircraft;
(e) major reclamation in Deep Bay, necessitated by the
construction
further
of a Nim Wan airport, would lead to a
deterioration
and would in
in water quality in the area,

detailed planning/engineering
studies required for
an airport at Deep Bay would further delay the
a
commissioning of
new airport and producing
additional economic disbenefits; and
(g)
