I attach a minute from our Parliamentary Relations Unit, feuch conveying the news that the Foreign Affairs Committee have commutter requested a memorandum on PADS by 7 February. It seems that their interest in this matter has been stimulated in part by
an informal session they had recently with the Chinese Ambassador. But recent publicity to disagreements with China over the project will undoubtedly have fuelled their Ian he needs
