Brief Scope of Consultancy
1. Tsing Yi development – remaining works :- 15 March 1991
Duplicate Tsing Yi south bridge( to meet projected traffic demand of southeast Tsing Yi port development and other committed developments)

2. Enhancement to WAHMO Mathematical
Models Improvement of models to improve the assessment of Tidal flow effects and water quality prediction to meet the needs of PADS projects
3. Tuen Mun Port Development Study for the
proposed development of 265 ha of deep waterfront industries and 68 ha of cargo
working area along the eastern coast of Deep & Partners Bay to the north west of Tap Shek Kok and the development of opportunity spaces in the vicinity for port-related/general industries.
4. Lantau Port Peninsula Development Study
The feasibility study of a man-made Port Peninsula in northeast Lantau Island. The study includes environmental assessment.
5. Study of Investigate Port-Related Facilities at Kowloon Bay (To provide a development strategy for port-related facilitics at Kowloon Bay area)
6. Western Harbour Development Study - Feasibility study of the marine-based facilitics to be provided between Cheung Chau and Lamma Island including Hei Ling Chau and Sunshine Island.
