1. Airport Master Plan Study - air traffic forecasts, layout for the Chek Lap Kok airport, civil engineering design and environmental impact assessment.
1. Central and Wanchai Reclamation
investigation, design and construction supervision of reclamation with the first phase to form land for the airport railway.

2. West Kowloon Reclamation
investigation, design,construction and supervision of reclamation and infrastructure to provide land for PADS transport reserves and urban development
3. North Lantau Development -
development study of North Lantau and Phase I design.
(Scope of consultancy covers also other phases of development on North Lantau)
