Brief Scope of Consultancy
1. Lantau Port Peninsula Development
Study - The feasibility study of a man-made Port Peninsula in northeast Lantau Island. The study includes environmental assessment.
2. Western Harbour Development Study - Feasibility study of the marine-based facilities to be provided.
3. Tuen Mun Port Development Study
for the proposed development of 265 ha of deep waterfront industries and 68 ha of cargo working area along the eastern coast of Deep Bay to the north west of Tap Shek Kok and the development of opportunity spaces in the vicinity for port-related/general industries.
4. Tseung Kwan O Port Development
Study Feasibility study of Area 137 in southeast of Tseung Kwan O for the proposed deep waterfront industry (120 .:* hectares) and Area 131 in
south-west of Tseung Kwan O for the
multipurpose terminals or container
berth or general port related industries.
5. Siu Lam Development Study (To plan a
preferred scheme for the proposed typhoon shelter and anchorage in Siu Lam).
6. Detailed design of Deep Waterfront Industry in Area 38 (Detailed design of reclamation and associated works).
