4. Dr Fung offered to host a meeting for Lord Caithness when he was next in Hong Kong with young Hong Kong business people. Lord Caithness responded warmly. He would like to take this up. I should be grateful if you could bear it in mind when we get down to planning the Minister's next visit (there will probably not be time in the few hours the Ministers will spend in Hong Kong in December on his way home from China).
