WIPO INVITATION TO HONG KONG
1. I enclose a letter from the World Intellectual Property Organisation inviting the Director of the Intellectual Property Department of Hong Kong to a Regional Round Table meeting in Thailand from 23-25 January.
2. For reasons of protocol, we have been asked to send the invitation to you for onward transimission to the Hong Kong authorities through the proper channels. At the same time, I have given a copy to the Hong Kong Office here in Geneva.
