I refer to our discussion on 3 July and to your memo of 5 July
It now seems likely that the Bank of Credit and Commerce International SA ("BCCISA"), incorporated in Luxembourg, will shortly announce that it intends to go into voluntary liquidation.
..BCCISA is a subsidiary of BCCI Holdings (Luxembourg) SA which is also the holding company of BCCHK, a Hong Kong incorporated, licensed bank. BCCHX holds approximately $11 billion in customer's deposits. It also operates a subsidiary, BCCIFI, which is a registered deponit taking company.
