touch with thom. We will start discussions with depositors ag

diligence review of the affairs of BCCHK. We are aware of some · of the views expressed by depositors and they will be considered.

How long will it take to complete the due diligence review and why?
We will try to complete it as soon as possible, but the due diligence review will last up to 8 weeks, The amount of work involved will be substantial. We must satisfy ourselves as to the quality of the banking business which we acquire, start the bank under a new name, we hope it will contribute to Hong Kong's position as an international Pinancial centre.
