Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. DENIAL OF MOST-FAVORED-NATION TRADE

TREATMENT TO THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF
CHINA.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law-
(1) the President shall terminate or withdraw any

portion of any trade
agreement or treaty that relates to
9
10
the provision of nondiscriminatory (most-favored-
nation) trade treatment to the People's Republic of
11
China,
