The Prime Minister has to Stephen Wall of 29 July. content that the FCO should press the Hong. Kong Government hard to meet part of the costs of the three patrol craft, he does not think it would be appropriate for him to raise this matter during his visit to Hong Kong in September. He believes this is a matter which should be dealt with at a lower level.
