ROYAL HONG KONG POLICE FORCE (RHĶPF), SPECIAL DUTIES UNIT: VISIT TO GERMANY: FCO TELNO 1636 TO HONG KONG
As I said on the telephone, the MFA have now written to confirm the Interior Ministry's formal consent to a visit by a Special Duties Unit of the RHKPF to the GSG9 Unit near Bonn.

I enclose a translation of the MFA's letter. You will see that the RHKPF have to accept certain "conditions governing the granting of training support by the Federal Border Police (GSG9 Unit)". I am therefore copying this letter to Hong Kong. I suggest that Hong Kong arrange for the RHKPF to formally recognise these conditions and that the units involved then make direct contact to arrange the details.
