(iv) advising
senior
nembers of the administration on
the development of independent
analysis of and
support for Hong Kong's role as a business centro;
(v) advising senior members of the administration on
their relations with local and international media
on this and relatod matter
vi) occasional
writing of speeches for use by senior
members of the
administration both locally and
overseas on this and related matters; and
(vii) such other related tasks as may from time to time
be required
administrative
and take directions from the
Financial Secretary.
The Public Relations Adviser, while working for
purposes under the auspices of the
Information Coordinator's Wing, will report personally to
Chief Secretary and the
