Governor's visit to London : October 1991
I enclose
an updated draft programme, incorporating the appointments with minister and officials at the Ministry of Defence. The programme for Thursday, 17 October, other than the meeting with Mr Kaufman has yet to be arranged, pending your advice on what the Governor prefers to do with the media during his visit to the UK. As time is running out, I should be grateful for your early advice.

I note from the DS/GH's memo of 1 October that hotel accommodation has been booked for the Governor's visit at the Stafford Hotel from 12 17 October. presume the Governor and party will arrive in the morning of 12 October and have booked a limousine with Travelwise for the 6 days concerned. I would appreciate it if you could let me know the flight details as soon as possible so that VIP facilities can be arranged.
