Problem
1.
What Ministerial meetings should be arranged for the
Governor on his next visit? Should he call on the Prime
Minister?
Recommendation
2. I recommend that the Prime Minister should see the
Governor and I submit a draft Private Secretary letter to No 10. I also recommend that the Secretary of State see him
in the office (as well as at any entertainment he may wish to offer) and that Lord Caithness have two meetings with
him.
