I understand from FCO that the lunch for Lord Caithness came as an invitation from the Governor and it will be for the Governor to choose the venue and to decide who else will attend. Please let us know if you wish us to assist in the booking of the venue.

In addition to the points for clarification noted above, please confirm whether Lady Wilson will accompany the Governor on the June visit. Please also advise as to which meetings, if any,
if any, the Commissioner (London) should accompany the Governor.

set up a lunch with some leading Labour MPs during his June visit. lunch slot on Wednesday 26 June which may be used for the purpose. Please advise if you wish us to proceed with organisation of the lunch for that day.
