Mr John Gummer MP, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries
and Food, has asked if he could meet the Governor
briefly to have a short private chat about the visit
of his son's choir to Hong Kong. He has suggested that 1900 this evening in Room 23 at the House of Commons, following the Governor's meeting with the British-Hong Kong
Parliamentary Group from 1800-1900, might be a convenient
place and time.

Mr Michael Harrison (PS/Mr Gummer) on 270 8667 to let him know if the Governor could manage this.
