CALL ON LORD CAITHNESS BY THE GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG,
11 MARCH 1991

The Governor of Hong Kong is calling on Lord Caithness
at 1200 on 11 March. I submit a brief for this meeting
which covers the Nationality Package, HMOCS issues (which
the Governor has said he would like to raise), Jardines and
Vietnamese Boat People. Lord Caithness may also wish to go
over some of the ground covered at the Secretary of State's
meeting with the Governor (for which I am submitting a
separate brief).
