CALL ON THE SECRETARY OF STATE BY THE GOVERNOR OF HONG KONG,
11 MARCH 1991
1. The Governor of Hong Kong is calling on the Secretary of
State from 0900-0945 on 11 March. I submit a brief for this
meeting. As time will be very limited, the Secretary of
State may wish to concentrate on the issue of relations with
China, including the airport, and his own visit. The
Governor would also like to raise the subject of patrol
craft.
