Governments, examining ways and
means of enhancing the value of their meetings. Work on this is now in hand and a draft will be circulated to capitals, by the end of April. The report will be finalised taking into account comments received from Governments and distributed in good time before the Finance Ministers Meeting.
I look forward to receiving any reactions Finance Ministers may have to these proposals.
