1. I would be grateful if tea/coffee and biscuits could be provided for an official meeting to be held in Conference Room K 123 on Monday, 3 June. There will be ten people in attendance.
The meeting is due to start at 1430. It would be appreciated if the refreshments could be delivered by 1415.
