Latest Position
The HA conducted six consultative sessions on its personnel policies within the month. Staff have indicated that they would wish to examine these policies in detail in conjunction with CSB.
The approved bridging-over package for TEITD staff has generated some interest among the medical staff. Staff unions are expected to raise questions on the package.
Staff were informed of the final bridging-over arrangements
endorsed by the ExCo on 4.12.90. Save for some general and mild expression of disappointment over the exclusion of the abolition-of- office terms, staff seemed to have accepted the arrangements.
