The three clerical staff associations are disappointed with the Administration's reply of 25.2.91 their earlier petition and will a meeting with DSCS (Appointments) to discuss possible improvements to their grade structure and promotion prospects. In view of their divided interests, the unions are unlikely to take drastic actions collectively.
