Inspectors are dissatisfied with the extension of the cross promotion link (see above) between Lecturers and Inspectors. Staff called off a scheduled meeting with the Director on 13.6.91 and threatened to work-to-rule by the end of June. Departmental management is maintaining communication with staff.
