offer applicants for public housing a
choice between the
allocation standard
current
minimum
of
5.5m2
per
person Internal Floor
Area (IFA) with
rent set at a level not exceeding a
median rent-income
and
a
higher
standard
of
7m2
ratio (MRIR) of 15%
minimum allocation
per person IFA with
MRIR not exceeding 18.5%.
