commits an offence and is liable to a fine of
$5,000 and to imprisonment for 12 months.
(1A) Any person who without reasonable
excuse contravenes section 11 (4) or 15 (4) commits
an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 and
to imprisonment for 12 months.";

10. Proof
Section 17F is amended
(a) in paragraph (a), by adding "or 14" after "section 9";
(b) in paragraph (b), by adding "or 15 (2)" after "section
11(2)"; and
(c) by repealing paragraphs (c) and (d).
11. Delegation of powers
"section 4, 6, 9, 11, 13
Section 52 (a) is amended by repealing "section 4
or 14" and substituting "section 6, 9, 11, 14 or 15".
