This is just to say, once again, how very much I appreciated and enjoyed lunch yesterday. It was a stimulating occasion and valuable to me to be up-dated on the airport situation.
In the event, we did not spend much time on my ideas for LegCo. I am still deeply depressed at my failure to get across my
ideas and fear that we are about to loose a vital opportunity
to make a success of representative government. So if there is anything Ministers can do
to encourage members to think about
these issues, I would be very grateful.
