Section 137A
Any part of a stadium, museum, library or civic
centre to which from time to time the public has access,
whether on payment or otherwise, shall, during such time,
be deemed to be a public place for the purposes of the
Offences Ordinance (Cap. 228) and the Public Order
Summary
Ordinance (Cap. 245).

"Public place" includes all piers, throughfares,
streets, roads, lanes, alleys, courts, squares, archways,
waterways, passages, paths, ways and places to which the
public have access either continuously or periodically,
