Appointment
of senior
member of Legislative. Council
(2) The Legislative Council shall not make any
resolution referred to in section 3(2) or 4(2) unless a
review has been made under subsection (1) not earlier than
6 months before the making of that resolution.
6.
The Governor may, as he thinks fit, appoint one
of the members of the Legislative Council to be the senior member of the Legislative Council.
Stipend and allowance to

Any payment
