ELECTORAL PROVISIONS
(REGISTRATION OF
ELECTORS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1990
Made by the Governor in Council under section 17
1.
Citation and commencement
(1) These regulations may be cited as the Electoral Provisions
(Registration of Electors) (Amendment) Regulations 1990.
(2) These regulations shall come into operation on a day to be
appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
2. Designation of polling stations
Regulation 3 (1) of the Electoral Provisions (Registration of
Electors) Regulations (Cap. 367 sub. leg.) is amended by repealing
"15 August" and substituting "1 April".

Applications for inclusion in provisional register
(1)
Regulation 6(1) is amended by repealing "15 August" and
substituting "1 April”.
(2)
Regulation 6(2) is amended

(a) by repealing "1 October" and substituting "7 May"; and
(b) by repealing "20 November" and substituting "1 July".
