ANNUAL REPORT ON HONG KONG 1990
1. The 1990 Annual Report is being published on 26 April
and laid before Parliament on the same day. In past years the presentation and publication of the Report were
announced by inspired written PQs in both houses of
Parliament. I recommend that we follow the same procedure
and I submit draft questions and answers. PRU and NTD
concur.
PRU are making the necessary arrangements for these
questions to be answered on the afternoon of 26 April.
