Justice of the Peace,

be an Official Member of the
Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 7 January 1991 during
the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable Mrs. Elizabeth
WONG CHIEN Chi-lien (
黃錢其凍), Imperial Service
Order, Justice of the Peace.
