J.P., provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council with effect from 7 February 1991 during the absence from Hong Kong of the Honourable YEUNG Kai-yin, J.P.
This is the first provisional appointment to the Legislative Council for Miss CHOW.
