In pursuance of instructions
from Her Majesty
the Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
John CHAN Cho-chak (
(陳祖澤)
Lieutenant of the Royal Victorian Order, Officer of the
Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of
the Peace, to be an Official Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong with effect from 13 June 1991.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 12 June 1991.
