In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
PEGGY LAM (林貝聿嘉)
Member of the
Justice of the
Council of Hong
Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Peace, to be a Member of the Legislative
Kong from the commencement of the next
session of the Legislative Council until the Legislative
Council is dissolved thereafter.
GIVEN under mv hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 25 September 1991.
