Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
to
be a Member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from
the commencement of the next session of the Legislative
Council
until the
Legislative
Council is dissolved
thereafter.
