GOVERNOR
In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the

the Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
ANDREW WONG WANG-FAT (
黃宏發
Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,
Justice of the Peace, to be an Appointed Member of the
Executive Council of Hong Kong from 1 November 1991 until
30 September 1993.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
Colony on 24 October 1991.
