In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
of State for Foreign and
Queen through the Secretary
Commonwealth Affairs, I appoint
BARONESS DUNN
(鄧蓮如
Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Justice of the Peace, to be an Appointed Member of
the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 1 November 1991
until 30 September 1993.
