USE OF LOGOS BY POLITICAL GROUPS AND ASSOCIATIONS IN HONG KONG
It was good to see you in London on your recent visit, which I hope you found useful and productive.
You may recall that you mentioned to me over lunch your concern that political groups would not be able to use logos in the election campaign to identify their candidates.
We have made some enquiries, and have been informed that there is no prohibition in Hong Kong on the use of logos by political groups in any election campaign, nor is any such prohibition being contemplated.
Could it be that there has been a misunderstanding somewhere along the line?
