The Basic Law (BL) offers only limited guidance as
to CPG intentions for 1997:

Continuity of benefits from employment is
assured for all civil servants
before 1997 (Article 100);

Continuity of management systems for the civil
service after 1997

SARG's administrative structure is
described in terminology sharply different
from the
pre-1997 set-up and appears to

(although very likely for most posts).
