I attach a copy of an invitation the Prime Minister has received to attend a Service of Thanksgiving for Sir Y. K. Pao at St. Margaret's, Westminster, at noon on Thursday 23 January.

This is, of course, a Cabinet day. would be very helpful to know which FCO Ministers will attend the Service and whether the Prime Minister should try to do so, or be represented, possibly by Sir Percy Cradock.
