Thankyou for your letter, dated 19th December 1989.
I enclose Turespaña's Living in Spain booklet which is proving to be a useful general guideline to first time residents or would-be residents.
Previously to obtaining copies of the above booklet we prepared our own guidance leaflet which has been a help to many people. I also enclose a copy of this although some of the information may be a little out of date.
In addition we would recommend that you suscribe to some of the English-speaking publications currently available in Spain in which you often find up to date and well researched information. A list of these is enclosed for your information.
