Dear Government General,
You may probably aware of the political sensitivity in Hong Kong. Many residents of Hong Kong is seeking a genuine oversea passport at a minimum cost, country like U.S.A., Canada and Australia are welcoming Hong Kong immigrates. However, although application for passport/permanent residency status can be made with less difficulties for the majority of Hong Kong people, these countries require physical presence of immigrate in their countries for periods more than one years before the immigrate can entitle to a passport.
It is therefore feel that may be countries/territories like yours, can help the Hong Kong people with the procession of a passport without being physically reside in place which is thousands miles away. If this is possible and can be considered by your Government, we would be most glad to . receive a communication from you regarding procedures etc.,
of obtaining passports of yours.
In doing so, while we can retain skill personnals in Hong Kong for the Hong Kong economic, we also connect your country economically with Hong Kong and vicinity region. Thus, mutual benefits could easily be created.
