It is so nice not to feel guilty about asking you to
do something for us. As I think you know, B&FI have overseas offices in Singapore and Hong Kong and these have been up and running for a number of years and have greatly increased opportunities for us to offer in this region. The man who is in charge of the Hong Kong office
was, in fact, born in China and does not have a Hong Kong passport and in view of the current events we would like him to have such a document. His name is Jason Lau.
His details are as follows:

Born in Canton City, ROC of Chinese parents Brought to Hong Kong aged one year by parents
He currently has:
i) H.K. Citizen Identity Card ii) H.K. Certificate of Identity

His wife was born in Hong Kong in November 1951
and she has a Hong Kong British Passport as do their
two sons born in Hong Kong 1980 and 1985.
We would greatly appreciate your help in advising how we can assist Jason to get a Hong Kong British Passport. We feel that we should be able to do something here on his behalf as we do, of course, want him to remain there to take care of our business.
