As I mentioned in my letter of April 24, the next round of interviews for civil engineers from Hong Kong will take place in the week commencing May 21.
My two colleagues Paul Stringfellow and Ken Wight and their wives are flying by Cathay Pacific and will arrive in Hong Kong on saturday morning, May 19.

They will be staying at the Excelsior Hotel in Causeway Bay and all the interviews will be held on May 22, 24 and 25 at the Hong Kong Institutions offices at the Island Centre. We are also holding two further Open Days on May 21 and 23.

I have given them the contact point you mentioned to me before I left, Miss Lee of the Civil Engineering Services Department of the HKG, if they need to contact anyone, which I doubt. you would notify you people locally of the visit.
I will of course let you know how they get on.
