runs a recruitment consultancy. He has been in touch with
Mr Peter Handley (Department of Transport) about recruitment in Hong Kong, and obtained your name from him.
2. Mr Wain-Heapy plans to hold a recruitment fair in Hong
Kong, sponsored by the South China Morning Post, in April 1991. He wants to call on the Department to discuss
